Design Fees Structure

The first meeting is the occasion to have a chat about your project, what it is you want to achieve, and to tell you what services we offer that can help achieve your project. We work according to your budget, and you can follow all the expenses through a transparent process.

Should you choose to use our services, the first meeting gives us the opportunity to see the scope of work and will allow us to provide with an estimate of our services.

Our design fees vary according to the size of the room and the scope of work. Starting at £300per room. The design fee covers sourcing of all the fabrics, wall and floor coverings, acquisition of samples and brochures and standard survey.

You can choose us to source the furniture and light fittings and provide visual drawings such at extra costs.

Progress stage:

Once you have approved the design scheme you have the choice of having us source all the scheme elements and manage the implementation or implementing the project yourself (doing all the sourcing, project management, etc).

If you are not experienced in implementing design schemes, we would recommend that you commission us to provide full building and decorating specifications for each room. These are highly detailed documents which fully describe the work required by the contractor. They are very helpful for obtaining accurate quotations and are essential for guiding the activities of the contractor during the project. These are priced from £150 for a small room up to £300 for a kitchen or a bathroom.

Should you instead prefer us to manage the project for your, we provide project management service at extra costs.
